Summer 2024 has been such a great year for beautiful homes. I’ve seen more incredible builds and jaw-dropping architecture than ever! I’m glad I took the chance to do a bunch of what I like to call “drive-bys”: where I just drive to a neighborhood where I know there will be cool houses, then I roll down my window, mute my podcast, and whip out my phone.
Honestly it’s getting less and less awkward to drive 2 mph past a house while holding my phone as steady as possible. I used to be really anxious about it. Then I remembered just how many times I’ve seen people driving past my house and taking pictures or filming and realized that I don’t even care. Honestly I’m a touch flattered. So whether true or no, I’ve convinced myself that my activities are complimentative, not creepy. (Fingers crossed.)
